Since 6 September 2026 no digital product is sold on maheshika.com. This policy is kept for purchases of the AI Income Opportunity Vault made through this domain before that date; the Vault now lives on its own site with its own refund policy. The services described on this site (the Business X-Ray, investigations, advisory and speaking) are agreed in writing between the parties and are not covered by this policy.
Our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends when supply begins with your consent. At checkout you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the cooling-off right is waived once access is provided.
If the product is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us at maheshika@maheshika.com with the email address you used at checkout. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality; where it is not, we will repair the problem, replace access or refund you.
We would rather be fair than technical. If you believe your purchase has gone wrong in a way not covered above, write to us within 14 days of purchase and explain. Requests are considered personally and in good faith.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
