To deliver what you asked for (a tool result, a purchase, member access), to respond to messages, to send updates you have opted into, to improve the site, and to meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are contract, consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link) and legitimate interests (site security and improvement).
We use trusted processors to run our services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (member accounts and product data), Vercel (hosting), Google (forms data storage, email and analytics) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Member data is kept while your access exists. Form submissions and mailing-list data are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and take your data elsewhere. Write to maheshika@maheshika.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
The site uses essential cookies for login sessions in the member area and analytics cookies for Google Analytics. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies; the member area needs its essential cookies to keep you signed in.
