These terms govern your use of maheshika.com and any purchase of digital products sold through it, including the AI Income Opportunity Vault (the "Vault"), accessed at vault.maheshika.com.
This website presents the work of Dr. Maheshika Halbeisen. Payments for digital products are processed by Stripe on behalf of Eternal Raine Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16505815). Contact: maheshika@maheshika.com.
When you purchase the Vault you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for your own use. Access is linked to the email address used at checkout, provided through a secure login, and continues for the commercial life of the product. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the content, your login or any substantial part of the opportunity library.
Our digital products are practical education and implementation materials. They are not financial, legal, medical, tax or investment advice, and they are not an earnings guarantee. See the Earnings Disclaimer. You remain responsible for how you apply the materials, including compliance with laws and professional obligations that apply to your situation.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Because our digital products give immediate access, you consent at the point of purchase to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content is waived once access begins. Details, including what happens when something is wrong, are in the Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Do not misuse this website or the Vault, attempt to access other members' accounts or data, scrape or bulk-extract content, or use the materials to mislead others (including fabricated testimonials or credentials). We may suspend access used in breach of these terms.
All content on maheshika.com and in the Vault, including text, frameworks, databases, prompts and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and database rights.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a digital product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities arising from your commercial decisions.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
