These terms govern your use of maheshika.com and the live online courses booked through it. The Live courses section applies to every course and challenge at maheshika.com. Sections 2 to 4 cover purchases of the AI Income Opportunity Vault (the "Vault") made through this domain before 6 September 2026; the Vault now lives on its own site under its own terms. The services described on this site (the Business X-Ray, investigations, advisory and speaking) are agreed in writing between the parties and are not governed by these sections.
This website presents the work of Dr. Maheshika Halbeisen. Courses are provided by, and payments are taken through Stripe on behalf of, Eternal Raine Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16505815). Contact: maheshika@maheshika.com.
What you are buying. A place on a live online course or challenge: the live sessions described on its page, on the dates and at the times shown there, the recordings of those sessions, and any templates listed on the page. The price, the dates, the number of sessions and what is included are those shown on the course page and at checkout when you book.
Joining a list. Joining an early list or a waiting list is free and does not commit you to buy. It reserves nothing until you pay.
Booking. Your place is confirmed when your payment through Stripe succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. If a course starts within 14 days of your booking, you ask us at checkout to begin the course within your cancellation period.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel and get a full refund if you ask before the second live session. You also keep your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of booking: before the course starts this gives a full refund, and after it starts, a refund for the part not yet delivered. The Refund Policy sets out how to cancel.
Recordings and materials. Recordings and templates are for your own use. You may not share, resell, republish or upload them anywhere else. Your own work, including your offer, your website, your words and your book, belongs to you.
If a session has to move. If we have to reschedule a live session, we tell you as early as we can, and the recording is always available. If a change means you can no longer take part, you can move to a later run or take a refund for the part not delivered.
In the sessions. Be respectful of the other people in the group, and keep what others share in the sessions confidential.
Results. The courses are education and hands-on practice. What you make in them, and any commercial result afterwards, depends on you and your market. See the Earnings Disclaimer.
When you purchase the Vault you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for your own use. Access is linked to the email address used at checkout, provided through a secure login, and continues for the commercial life of the product. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the content, your login or any substantial part of the opportunity library.
Our digital products are practical education and implementation materials. They are not financial, legal, medical, tax or investment advice, and they are not an earnings guarantee. See the Earnings Disclaimer. You remain responsible for how you apply the materials, including compliance with laws and professional obligations that apply to your situation.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Because our digital products give immediate access, you consent at the point of purchase to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content is waived once access begins. Details, including what happens when something is wrong, are in the Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Do not misuse this website or the Vault, attempt to access other members' accounts or data, scrape or bulk-extract content, or use the materials to mislead others (including fabricated testimonials or credentials). We may suspend access used in breach of these terms.
All content on maheshika.com and in the Vault, including text, frameworks, databases, prompts and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and database rights.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a digital product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities arising from your commercial decisions.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
