For professionals
You have spent years becoming who you are. Your CV tells people where you have worked. Your profile tells people what you have done. Neither explains why you are you.
I look underneath that. Then we build it into something the world can see, find and remember.
The problem
You are the person they call when it is hard. The one who actually knows. Your judgement is worth more than your title has ever paid you. But almost none of it exists anywhere somebody could find it.
It lives in your head. In decks on a company server. In threads that vanish. In the memory of colleagues who will move on. None of it is yours, and none of it is findable. If your role ended tomorrow, your reputation would not walk out of the building with you. It would stay behind, unnamed.
The following you built to prove it is not yours either. It sits on a platform that can suspend it on a machine's decision, with no human to appeal to. Ask any creator who woke one morning to an audience of millions simply gone.
The experts who come through this are not the smartest ones. They are the visible ones.
Most senior experts understand this late. Usually the week they suddenly need it, and have nothing built.
What I look at
Most experienced people have accumulated something genuinely unusual: knowledge, mistakes, successes, strange detours, hard-won skills, stories, instincts, opinions and their own particular way of solving problems.
And then they describe it with a job title, a qualification and a number of years. Which is exactly how a remarkable career ends up reading like everybody else's.
So I do not start with what you want to say about yourself. I start with the evidence of what you have actually done, and I read it the way I would read an organisation: looking for the thing that repeats.
At the patterns.
The stories.
The failures.
The instincts.
The ideas.
The things you do differently without even noticing.
The last one matters most. What you do without noticing is usually the thing other people cannot copy.
You are not short of material. You are too close to read it.
The work itself
One Signature. Built from everything that makes you, you.
We do not start with a list of deliverables. We start with you.
Your experience. Your stories. Your failures. Your ideas. Your way of seeing a problem that other people find hard. Then we decide together what needs to exist around it.
Which is why no two Signatures contain the same things. What gets built is decided by what we find, and by where the people who need you are actually looking.
Why this is not web design
We find the pattern. We define what you should be known for. We create the intellectual and strategic structure that holds it together. The website is where that becomes visible.
And yes, it is beautiful too. But the positioning is the product. The site is the proof of it. I can build exceptional digital experiences, and that is precisely why I will not sell you one as the answer to a question we have not asked yet.
Positioned for what is coming
Every page frames your expertise for where your field is heading, not where it has been. Resonate first, then guide.
Identity, not decoration
A framework with your name on it says "this is the person who owns this idea." Identity is the strongest signal there is.
Built to be acted on
Structured so the right visitor reads you as the authority within seconds, and always knows what to do next.
The journey
Four chapters. Not everybody needs all of them, and we scope yours together. Open any line to see exactly what it involves.
Chapter one
We find the thing underneath the job titles.
Years of work rarely arrive with the pattern already visible. So we go through what you have actually done and look for what keeps recurring: the idea that is yours, the method you use without noticing, the claim you have earned the right to make.
What this involves
Chapter two
Once we know what makes you unmistakable, we build the world around it.
Not a set of unrelated assets. One connected place that says the same thing everywhere it appears: the site on your own domain, the writing that proves the idea, the way you are described, the material that gets you on stages.
What this involves
Chapter three
It is not enough to be different. People have to be able to find and understand that difference.
So we build the routes back to you. Search that returns your own ground, answer engines that can quote you by name, a profile that funnels rather than sits there, and a plan for what you publish next so the whole thing keeps compounding.
What this involves
Chapter four
Everything we create belongs to you.
Platforms change. Employers change. Algorithms change. Your thinking, your domain, your content, your framework and your relationship with the people who follow it do not have to. This is the chapter where all of it becomes an asset with your name on the deed.
What this involves
What actually changes
"More visible" is not a result anybody can check. These are.
Your expertise lives inside your employer.
Your expertise has a home under your own name.
People know you are experienced.
They understand the idea you own.
Your reputation is scattered across profiles, CVs, decks and conversations.
One place says who you are and why it matters.
Your audience belongs to platforms.
You are building relationships and assets you own.
The context
In a world where information, content and generic expertise are increasingly easy to reproduce, the thing that is genuinely yours becomes more valuable, not less. Anything that can be described as "standard" in your field is being commoditised quickly. The particular way you see a problem cannot be.
That is the whole opportunity. Not a defence against something coming for you, but the moment when the unusual thing you have quietly been doing for twenty years is finally the part that is scarce.
There is something valuable in you that you may never have properly articulated.
Who this is for
It is not for someone at the beginning, and it is not a confidence exercise. There has to be genuine material to find. If there is not yet, I will say so rather than sell you something that dresses up thin experience as a position.
A focused initiative
The work above is the same whoever is sitting across from me. But some people are thinking about two futures at once: their own, and the one their children are growing into. This is where that second question gets taken seriously, alongside Captain Cleo for the children themselves.
Why me
A PhD chemist who became a commercial leader, an award-winning author, and two decades in senior life-science and enterprise roles. I build platforms for a living, including raretrial.org, a live directory of 10,900 pages I built and maintain myself. I have already done to my own expertise exactly what I am proposing to do with yours, which is why I can tell you what it actually takes rather than what it sounds like.
I have sat where you sit
Senior, technical, and holding a great deal that had never been written down anywhere. This is not marketing theory. It is the move I made for myself, while it was still a choice.
Honest, always
No hype and no ranking guarantee. I will tell you the truth about what your expertise is worth and what it will take to make it visible.
The honest part
No. This is about owning your expertise, not leaving your job. It is career insurance and a legacy, built quietly. Plenty of senior people build their authority while employed, and their employer benefits from having a recognised expert on the team.
A professional network is rented ground, and it looks the same for everyone on it. This is owned, on your domain, structured so that both people and search engines find you for your actual expertise, and it holds a body of work in a way a feed never will.
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. What I guarantee is the asset, built and structured properly, to spec. Visibility then compounds from a foundation that is finally yours.
Everything. The domain, the site, the content, the code and the framework, plus a walkthrough so you can run it yourself. No lock-in and no monthly rent.
No. Some people need the first chapter and nothing else, because once the positioning is clear they can build the rest themselves. We scope yours on the call, and I will tell you if you need less than you think.
Before anything else

It may already be there. You may simply be too close to see it. Tell me the real version: what you have built, what you keep being asked for, and where you suspect you are currently invisible. I read every message personally.
* required
I read every message personally, and I will come back to you about whether there is a Signature here worth uncovering together.
Most people I speak with are still employed, and building quietly is the whole point. Every conversation is confidential. I never contact your employer, I never share who I work with, and nothing goes public until you decide it does.
One last thing
Sometimes we are simply too close to see what is already there.
