Work with me

If you suspect there is more value in there, that is a good place to start.

More value inside your business, your expertise, your product, your audience or your data than you are currently capturing. You do not need to have diagnosed it. A suspicion is enough to have the conversation.

I work with a small number of organisations and individuals each year, and only where I believe there is something genuinely worth examining together.

I work best with people who are curious enough to be challenged. If you want confirmation that everything is fine, I am the wrong person. The first conversation is how we both find out.

Three routes in

One standard of judgement, three ways to start.

I

Opportunity and strategy

Find the value that is already there.

For businesses and leaders who want to identify underused commercial opportunity: revenue, assets, offers, pricing, customers, data, positioning or the business model itself. I go looking for what is already in the business and unrecognised, price it, and help you decide what to do about it first.

Usually a founder, CEO, managing director, board or investor. Often triggered by growth that has exposed friction, a number that does not add up, or an asset nobody can explain.

II

AI and build

Redesign the work, then build it.

For organisations that want to redesign workflows, automate repetitive work, and build AI systems, internal tools, platforms or digital products. This is where the recommendation and the implementation are the same person, so nothing gets lost in the handover to a supplier who was not in the room.

Usually a leadership team asking what AI should actually change, or a business sitting on a recurring problem that ought to be a product.

III

Advisory and speaking

Bring the thinking into the room.

For leadership teams, boards and events that want independent judgement present rather than delivered as a document. Ongoing private advisory across strategic value, operating problems, transformation, high-stakes relationships and AI. Or a keynote, a board session, a leadership offsite or a workshop.

See the three speaking territories and what each one covers on the About page.

How engagements are structured

There are no standard packages. Each engagement is shaped around the scale, sensitivity and materiality of the situation.

A focused Enterprise Blind-Spot Investigation typically begins at £25,000. Private CEO and Board Advisory is normally structured as an ongoing monthly engagement. Transformation partnerships are individually designed and may extend into six figures where the intervention, implementation and value at stake justify it.

Terms are agreed privately. Where appropriate, fees may also include milestones, licensing, revenue participation or selected equity. Cash normally remains part of the structure.

The fee filters for seriousness. The conversation filters for fit, in both directions.

Tell me what is happening

* required

If you are writing about yourself rather than a company, put your own name or "independent".
Optional. It helps me read the rest properly.
In your own words. Precision is not required; honesty is. If you wish, add how long it has been happening, what has been tried and what appears to be at risk. Otherwise we cover all of that when we speak.
Optional: a phone number, or how and when to reach you.

Everything you share is treated as confidential and read only by me. No mailing list, no follow-up sequence. Your details are handled as described in the privacy policy.

Your situation is received.

I read every submission personally. Where I believe my involvement could create material value, I will respond directly to arrange a private conversation.
